TORTOISE – Traditional and Steady Wins the Race too! This track builds a strong foundation for the BPC. Take three-courses in sequence: Intro to Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in Spring 2011, an accounting or marketing course in the Summer or Fall and the Small Business Management-An Entrepreneurial Approach course next Fall 2011. Completing these courses earns you a Business Plan Certificate and prepares you for the 2012 Business Plan Competition. This option is solid and steady, ideal if you’re working full time, raising a family and/or taking other courses. It doesn’t feel slow and you’ll make good progress.
